The IDP Women's Association "Consent" within the project "Together for Our Rights" implemented a 3-month program "Leaders' Academy" in February 2018. Leaders' Academy is an intensive educational program intended for local community activists, conflict affected women, youth and IDPs, NGOs, local self-government representatives, and people interested in democracy issues.

Within the framework of the program, the cycle of training has already been conducted in four locations of Georgia - Kvemo Kartli (Tsintskaro), Samegrelo (Zugdidi), Shida Kartli (Gori), Imereti (Tskhaltubo). Participants and young people participating in the program were able to acquire skills to work in the civil sector as well as for the promotion and lobbying of democratization and eurointegration ideas.

On December 10, 2018, due to great demand a new group started studying in Zugdidi. The thematic trainings here will continue in the next three months.
