IDP Women's Association "Consent" continues implementation of the program "Leaders' Academy" within the framework of the project "Together for Our Rights". This time work is held in Imereti, in Tskhaltubo. In September 2018 began a 3-month educational program for local community activists, for public servants, for women, for young people and IDPs and others interested in democracy issues.
Training of several topics has already been conducted by the Association and Invited Trainers: Economic strengthening - Irma Kortua, Leadership-Marina Pochkhua, Democratic governance and the role of local self-government -Nana Gogokhia; Gender; Domestic violence -Lali Shengelia, Leila Ashordia.
Thematic trainings are ongoing.
