On November 27-28 in Zugdidi the IDP Women's Association "Consent" and Global Network of Women Peacebuilders organized a joint event "Localization of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 and 1820". The workshop was financed by the Austrian Development Agency.

Attendees of the workshop were: SophoJaparidze, Prime Minister’s advisor for human rights and gender equality issues, representatives of UN Women – Ana Pashalishvili and Margarita Shakarashvili, Mayor of Zugdidi GogiRevia and other representatives of local government, as well asrepresentatives from MIA and civil society representatives.
